But this marks more than the release of a vehicle — it represents the rollout of an entirely new, customer-driven business model built for the electric age.
FLYNT operates as a next-generation, asset-light OEM: instead of owning factories or traditional manufacturing infrastructure, the company focuses its expertise and investment on product strategy, customer experience, and building a robust yet innovative sales and service ecosystem across Europe. All R&D and production are handled through deep strategic partnerships with strong, established manufacturing players - enabling FLYNT to ensure quality, scalability, and speed to market across its product lineup. In the case of FLYNT’s first product, an electric light commercial vehicle, the company is partnering with MiracoMotor - a dedicated eLCV spin-off backed by GAC Group, one of China’s leading EV manufacturers.
“We’re not a carmaker in the traditional sense,” says Dr. Daniel Kirchert, Founder of FLYNT. “We’ve built a smarter, more flexible model - one that puts customer needs first, and uses the best global technology to deliver world-class electric vans faster and more cost-effectively than legacy players ever could.”
The decision to partner with China’s leading EV ecosystem was both strategic and essential. China is more than a global manufacturing hub - over the past years, it has established a leading position in EV technology, driven by::
- Unmatched development speed and R&D scale
- Cost leadership in EV platforms, batteries, and drivetrains
- Advanced digital architecture and software-defined vehicles
- Outstanding product quality, validated at scale
“By integrating this advanced EV technology into a vehicle specifically designed for European fleets, we’re able to achieve a level of efficiency, reliability, and performance that directly translates into lower total cost of ownership,” says Rogan Liu, Founder of FLYNT. “It’s a product built not just for today’s expectations — but for tomorrow’s operations.”
By combining the advanced EV technologies of its Chinese partners with FLYNT’s deep understanding of European fleet needs, regulations, and service infrastructure, the result is a scalable, high-performance eLCV designed to future-proof transport operations — from last-mile logistics to mobile trades.
This new model empowers FLYNT to deliver faster innovation, greater cost- efficiency, and a seamless customer experience, while remaining agile in a rapidly evolving mobility market.
“Our focus is clear: we define the product, design the experience, and own the entire customer journey,” says Moritz Klinkisch, Co-Founder of FLYNT. “We partner with the most innovative players in the industry for development and production — allowing us to stay fast, focused, and relentlessly customer-driven.”
The Product of Purpose-Built Innovation and Global Collaboration
What happens when you combine European market precision with China’s EV leadership? The result is FLYNT’s first electric light commercial vehicle. Designed in Europe, built on a purpose-developed electric platform, and powered by world-class EV technology from China, this vehicle marks a turning point in how commercial fleets transition to zero emissions.
“This isn’t a retrofit. It’s not a compromise,” says Dr. Kirchert. “It’s what happens when you throw out legacy thinking and design something entirely new, around what customers actually need - and then bring it to life through the smartest global partnership you can build.”

Shaped by European Customers, Built for Every Mission
At the heart of FLYNT’s development philosophy is a simple belief: the best products are shaped by those who use them. From day one, FLYNT has worked hand-in-hand with European fleet operators, drivers, and mobility experts to understand what electric vans really need to deliver — not just in theory, but in daily operation.
“We’ve spent the last 18 months in constant dialogue with customers across Europe
- from logistics to construction to service fleets,” says Laura Peschke, Co-Founder of FLYNT. “This vehicle is the result of that ongoing co-creation process. It reflects real needs, not assumptions. Being close to the customer isn’t just a strategy for us - it’s who we are.”
This deep market engagement allowed FLYNT to precisely define a product that truly fits European businesses: high efficiency, real range, fast charging, smart connectivity, and impressive cargo space — all within a highly competitive total cost of ownership.
Once the product concept was clearly defined, FLYNT turned to its global development partners to bring it to life. By leveraging GAC’s 20+ years of EV expertise and MiracoMotor’s cutting-edge platform, FLYNT delivers the speed, cost advantage, and technological excellence of China’s best - all wrapped in a vehicle tailored 100% to European expectations.
Strategic Roadmap & Market Launch
FLYNT’s journey from concept to reality is already well underway. In January 2025, the company unveiled its first prototype to selected European media during an exclusive preview in China. This prototype will arrive in Europe this summer, where it will support ongoing pilot programs, customer showcases, and localized testing.
FLYNT is preparing for an official market launch in its initial European markets starting in 2026, followed by a gradual ramp-up and phased expansion across all 26 target markets in the region.
In parallel, FLYNT is actively building its go-to-market ecosystem with a strong digital-first foundation, rethinking the entire customer journey through innovation and technology. Central to this is a proprietary digital platform designed to support every stage of the customer experience — from initial engagement to long-term operation and service. The goal is to offer not just vehicles, but a holistic 360° solution — including integrated clean energy offerings — that helps fleets decarbonize efficiently and profitably. Beyond its digital-first sales and service model, the company is focused on forming strong partnerships in each target market to deliver the high-quality, localized service European customers expect. Initial distribution agreements have already been signed, and conversations are ongoing to secure a robust partner network that ensures coverage, support, and uptime from day one.
